That sounds a bit unfair, especially if you run a small business, and you have followed all the regulations, rules and costs you more money. If you do not follow the rules, you will be punished or fines to pay, does not start a business during a recent immigrants, will have to follow all the rules. This is very unfair, and quite disturbing for someone who has spent 40 years their business structure. As I a younger man I aircraft at the airport and to wash, if I become 16 and got my drivers license I bought a pickup truck and set some devices in the back and started the first mobile car wash here in the United States. Finally, I grew my business and because it proved franchise, such a great idea.

Last week I was talking to an internationally known in Sweden, and we discussed how a large influx of new immigrants in their country, many of them were refugees from the Middle East Nations. What was the acquaintance and that while the rules, and the laws of that country for the former citizens have been strongly enforced, the authorities gave loose in the rules, which often do not even on the newer immigrants enforcement found.

Nevertheless, as soon as my company in 23 States serve some had led 450 different cities as a franchise, Ive found that many immigrants were also copy my business model a truck put equipment in the rear and in competition with us. Thats OK, this is a market-based, except that they followed not the rules according to the requirements of the NPDES in most cities and counties. So they were water permit, wash drainage go in the storm drains.

Maybe it is the politically correct world, where they, that it was better not to harass, believed them, and only enforce what our crew actions. Now am I do not complain, because we have quite well, but it was amazing how this ruined the entire industry in the course of time.

Recently, there was an interesting article written by Victor Davis Hanson, senior fellow at the Hoover treated institution Stanford University titled Californias paradox, which believe it or not this topic. No, not they talked about mobile detailing and mobile car wash, but rather, they discussed the reality of the uneven enforcement of the rules and regulations for the companies. It is all about the world, and that does not mean in keep happening here at home with the ideal of America for fairness and balanced playing field in our free markets.

In fact if we really want a culture that works like a melting pot and fair for all parties then must be fair to all accounts have no matter what, no exceptions. We have here in the United States. What we have is entry barriers for many small and medium-sized enterprises, because large companies their politicians to rules and regulations that prevent someone with them to make the competition lobby.

Then at the bottom of the scale, we can have many small businesses that cant afford, their labor they pay the amount of money need, provide them the health care system that is now required. If we do not do something about we are not better performance at the small business level and we are never full employment in the United States have. If a small business can be successful, and the Government enforces allows some companies to break the rules, while some other companies, we do a disservice to all.

It’s seldom that I feel educated after reading an article. However, your article changed all that. I feel I have learned fresh views on this subject from a knowledgeable source.
